These terms cover your use of RecruitMyKids.com and everything on it. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

We wrote this to be readable. That does not make it any less binding.

You must be at least 18 to hold an account in your own name. An athlete under 13 cannot hold an account at all. For an athlete under 13, a parent or legal guardian creates and holds the account.

For an athlete between 13 and 17, an account may exist only with a parent or legal guardian tied to it. That parent holds the private contact layer, approves every request to open it, and is copied on every message to the athlete.

By creating an account for a minor, you confirm you are that child's parent or legal guardian and that you consent to the information you put on the page being shown as described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not do any of the following. Any of them can get an account shut down without warning.

The athlete and the parent are responsible for everything they post. Height, weight, speed, stats, GPA, awards and film are entered by the family and we do not independently verify them.

Inflating a stat line is not a clever recruiting move. Coaches check, and a page that does not match the tape hurts an athlete far more than a modest real number ever would.

If a coach or a school tells us something on a page is false, we may hide the page or the claim while we look into it.

RecruitMyKids is a profile and introduction platform. We are not a recruiting agency, we are not an agent, and we are not an advisor. We do not contact coaches for you, we do not market your athlete, we do not rank or grade athletes, and we do not represent anyone in any negotiation.

Nothing here is a guarantee of an offer, a roster spot, a scholarship, playing time, exposure, or any particular result. No platform can promise that, and anybody who does is selling you something.

Brand Offers is an introduction and nothing more. RecruitMyKids is never a party to any agreement between an athlete and a business, does not negotiate terms, does not guarantee that anyone performs, and takes no cut. No money moves through the platform.

High school eligibility rules around name, image and likeness differ by state and change often. It is the family's job, with their school and athletic director, to confirm what an athlete may accept. We show the note for your state as a courtesy. It is not legal advice.

The free tier is free and stays free. Paid plans are Pro at $59 a year or $7.99 a month, and Family at $99 a year for up to 3 athletes. Payments are handled by Stripe.

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the dashboard and the plan stays active until the period you already paid for runs out.

If you cancel, the page keeps working on the free tier. The link does not break and nothing is deleted. Anything past the free limits is hidden until you turn the paid plan back on.

If we change prices, existing subscribers are told before it applies to them, and a Founding Families price stays locked for as long as the subscription stays active.

The athlete owns their content. Photos, stats, written material and film links belong to the athlete and the family, not to us. We never claim ownership of any of it.

You grant us a license to store, display and distribute that content for the purpose of running the page and the platform. That license exists so we can show the page to the people you want to show it to. It ends when you delete the content or the account.

You confirm you have the right to post what you post, including any film shot by a school, a service or a third party.

You can close your account any time from the dashboard and export everything first.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that puts a minor at risk, or that we are legally required to close. For anything involving the safety of a child we will act first and sort out the details after.

The service is provided as is. We work hard to keep it up and accurate, and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any information on it is correct.

To the fullest extent the law allows, RecruitMyKids is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any lost opportunity, offer or scholarship. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We are not responsible for what a coach, a school, a business or another user does. We are not a party to those relationships.

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we update the date at the top and email the account holder. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the change.
