This is a platform for kids' sports pages, so we wrote this to be read by a parent and not only by a lawyer.
We collect what it takes to run an athlete page and nothing we do not need. Your athlete's phone number, personal email and address are never on the public page. We do not sell your information to anybody. You can export everything or delete everything at any time, and delete means gone.
The rest of this page says the same thing in more detail, because details matter when the subject is somebody's kid.
Account information. The name and email of the person who created the account, a password we store only as a hash, and for paid plans a billing record that lives at our payment processor. We never see or store a full card number.
Athlete profile information. Whatever the family puts on the page: name, school, city, state, grad year, sport, position, height, weight, speed, GPA, stats, awards, photos and links to film. This is the part that is meant to be seen.
The private contact layer. Athlete cell number, athlete personal email, parent name, parent phone, and any transcript link. This is stored separately and it is never shown on the public page.
Usage. Which pages were opened, when, roughly from where by region, and basic device and browser information. We use it to show a family who looked at their page and to keep the site working. We do not build advertising profiles with it.
Every athlete page has two layers and they are handled differently.
The public layer is indexable and shareable. Anyone with the link can see it, and search engines may list it. That is the point of a recruiting page.
The private layer opens only when the account holder lets somebody in, by sending a link, handing out a code, or approving a request. For any athlete under 18, the parent on the account is the one who approves it. Access granted can be pulled back at any time, and the family can see who opened it and when.
We do not host video files. You paste a link and the clip plays on the page from wherever it already lives, which may be YouTube, Hudl, Instagram, TikTok, Vimeo or Google Drive.
That means we never hold a copy of your film, and it also means the service hosting that video has its own privacy policy and its own settings. Whether a clip plays, and who can see it, is controlled there and not here. If you set a YouTube video to Private it will not play on your page.
An athlete under 13 cannot hold an account here. A parent or legal guardian creates the account, holds the login, and is the person we communicate with. By creating that account the parent is giving consent for the athlete information they choose to put on the page.
For any athlete under 18, the parent holds the private contact layer, approves every request to open it, and is copied on every message sent to the athlete.
If we learn that a child under 13 created an account without a parent, we remove the account and the information in it. If you believe that has happened, email us and we will handle it the same day.
Anyone with the link can see the public page. Nobody can search the athlete board without a verified coach account, which requires a school or district email or a manual review.
Only people the family has let in can see the private contact layer.
A business can only make a Brand Offer to an athlete who has switched Open to offers on, and for a minor that offer goes to the parent inbox first.
Our own staff can access account data only to support an account, investigate a safety report, or meet a legal obligation.
We keep this list short on purpose, and none of these companies get your data to use for their own marketing.
We keep account and profile data for as long as the account exists. We keep it after graduation on purpose, because the page is meant to outlive high school and the athlete owns it.
You can export everything at any time. One tap in the dashboard produces a file with the profile, every season, every stat, every award and every film link.
You can delete everything at any time. Deleting the account removes the public page, the private contact layer and the profile data from our database. Billing records we are legally required to keep are the one exception, and they contain no athlete profile information.
We set one cookie, and it is the session cookie that keeps you logged in. That is the whole list. No advertising cookies, no third party trackers following you around the internet, and no cookie banner to click through because there is nothing to consent to.
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Passwords are stored as hashes and never in readable form. The private contact layer is stored apart from the public profile and is served only to approved viewers.
No platform can promise perfect security and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can promise is that we collect less than we could, and that a breach would be told to you plainly and quickly.
If we change something meaningful here, we update the date at the top and email the account holder. We will not quietly widen what we collect and leave you to find out.
