Every season is grade, level and sport.
That is the whole structure, and it never changes. Junior year, Varsity, Football is one season. Junior year, Varsity, Track is another. Same kid, same page, two seasons that each carry their own stats, film and awards.
The grade and the level are picked from a fixed list instead of typed in. That is on purpose. It is the reason a coach can filter the board and actually trust what comes back.

Backfill any time
You do not have to start freshman year to have a complete page. Put this season up first, then come back on a Sunday and add last year, and the year before that. Past seasons can be added at any point and they drop into the right spot on the timeline automatically.
A senior who backfills four years ends up with the one thing a coach cannot get from a single highlight tape. Proof of how far the kid has come.
Your film stays where it already lives.
We never ask you to upload a video file. You paste the link, the clip plays right on the page, and the original stays on the service you already use. That keeps the page fast and keeps your film yours.
The one YouTube setting that trips people up
When you upload to YouTube it asks you to pick a visibility. Pick the right one or the coach opens your page and sees a black box.

If you are not sure, choose Unlisted. The coach opening your page has the link, so it plays, and nobody stumbles onto your kid's film through a random YouTube search.
Hudl, Vimeo, Instagram, TikTok and Google Drive work the same way. If the link opens for a stranger in a browser, it will play on the page. If it asks for a login, it will not.
What the page does once it is up
The growth chart builds itself
Log height, weight and speed each season and the chart draws itself. A coach sees two inches and fifteen pounds between sophomore and junior year without you saying a word.
Contact info stays private
The public page never carries a phone number, a personal email or an address. The private sheet holds that, and for any athlete under 18 the parent approves every request to open it.
